3. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you received:
The wrong item
A damaged item
A defective product
An item that arrived spoiled or expired
Afrik Wholesale will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange an alternative return solution at no additional cost.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as Afrik Wholesale cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost during transit.
4. Refunds
